Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The Reception will be indoors.
The Ceremony and Cocktail hour will be outdoors.
Where do I park?
Our venue has free on-site parking on the side of the building.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced.
We want everyone to be fully present with us and our photographer to get the best photos! Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 5pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.
What do I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you cannot make it we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible.
We ask that you RSVP “not attending” or contact one of us so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
When do we need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by July 26th, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are unable to attend.
If you show up without an RSVP there will not be a seat or a meal for you.
Are kids allowed?
We are allowing kids, we ask that you please do your best to keep the distractions and interruptions to a minimum during our ceremony and keep a close eye on your little ones during cocktail hour and the reception, it would be greatly appreciated. We don’t want anyone getting hurt or wandering where they should not be on accident! We ask that kids leave by 8 pm, due to loud music, dancing and alcohol! However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself and enjoy the party with us!
What is the dress code?
We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Dark/neutral colors are encouraged.
Pleasure no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.
Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear next to your name when you receive your invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Are there accommodations near the venue?
Yes! We have hotel blocks set up at Hampton Inn & Suites in McKinney, TX.
There are other hotels in the area we do not have hotel blocks for, that you are welcome to stay at.
Is there a wedding registry?
Yes! Our registries are under the tab registry on our website!
We appreciate anything you get or give!
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
No, we will not have any shuttles running to and from hotel(s).
What's the wedding itinerary?
The wedding itinerary will be available upon arrival at the venue!
What activities are available near the venue?
There is a park across from the venue.
Town Square in downtown McKinney with restaurants, shops, and activities.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! We will have an open bar and buffet dinner of Italian food!
